This RBC Heim RF163216 single-row radial ball bearing is unsealed, has a flanged housing, and is suitable for applications that support high radial loads at speeds up to 1000 rpm. Its deep ball grooves in both races support high radial and axial loads and its straight bore fits conventional cylindrical shafts. This case-hardened steel bearing has a 1.000" bore diameter, a 2.000" outside diameter, and a 0.500" width. Its raceways are precision ground, allowing higher speeds and creating lower friction than comparable-sized roller bearings. The bearing is open on both sides for lubrication applied in place. This radial ball bearing is suitable for use in commercial and industrial applications including household appliances, power tools, wheels, and lift mechanisms.

The bearings are not precision, and are a little chunky sounding / feeling. That said, for under $20 you can't complain. I'm using it to support a 1" center tube for a 7' model wooden Ferris wheel and it works great for that. I don't think I would put it in any high speed, long term, rotational service.
