This is the second one I bought as a gift. The glass appeared to be of great quality--but I'm no expert. The heart inside was intricately crafted with lazy. As a medical student, I'd like to suggest that the heart be put in it natural position (left atrium posteriorly and left ventricle inferiorly) that way people know exactly what position the heart lies when it's inside the body. All in all a great little gift for whatever reason :D
