I am a teacher, and wanted a nice parabolic mirror for demonstrations.

This one does great, and with sunlight can set dark colored paper on fire. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the shape is not that close to a perfect parabola, as the focal point is about the size of a quarter. So I imagine the actually shape is probably a catenary as those a much easier to make. My students loved roasting marshmallows on it (pumpkin ones... white ones reflect too much light!).
