Each compass has a 2" (50 mm) diameter, 36" lanyard, and a flip-open case with instructions for use printed on the lid. The red-tipped needle points to magnetic north, and glow-in-the-dark compass points are readable at night.

This set of ten compasses will be wonderful for my children to practice their navigating skills. They fit well in the hand, and the top ring can be used to attach a lanard or bracelet. Each compass was packaged in a plastic bag and placed into a small box. This will be so helpful to minimize scratches. Having checked each compass, they are accurate and complete with no defects.
