First, the bag. It is a higher quality than others I've seen and there is enough room. You don't have to have a degree in packaging to put things back. (It could use a side pocket to hold "lung" etc.)

The manikins are easier to set up and clean than most.
AED pads can be used with no concern.
Chest rise is far more visible and realistic.
The head *must* be tilted to allow air flow. Some claim this but it does not work out that way.
I think the lights are far better than a metronome for getting the feel of what is needed.
Finally, the feel you get when doing compressions is far closer to reality then you get with an all foam manikin.

Rumor has it that they will be producing an infant manikin in the near future. Worth waiting for.
