I purchased this product for my company for a hand powered drive shaft for a mechanism we produce.
The gear inside feels very solid, no measurable wiggle in the gears (at least by my hands turning the shaft).
The unit itself can be cleaned/lubricated/disassembled by removing a c-ring on the non shaft end, although i have not done it.
Mounting holes are solid. overall construction feels good.
