I have a cooktop hood that burns up bearings about once a year. Granted, the bearings are in a tough spot with heat, grease & smoke. I bought these bearings thinking they would last longer due to the fact that they have seals on both sides. After a year the bearings are going strong with no indication that they are failing.

12/8/2012; After 2 years these bearings are as quiet today as the day I put them in. Very impressive!
