I didn't have money for new shafting on my flail mower gearbox, they were pretty chewed up from the ancient felt seals. Slid this on with some high strength epoxy on the old seal section and it certainly seems to be in place good lol.

Had to use a piece of scrap steel I had around to pound it on, they only give you a silly little cap thing. I'd almost rather not get anything at all.

No matter, the sleeves are nice and tight against the new double lip neoprene seals, so I'm happy.
