This tape is extremely strong. I bought it to replace the duct tape that was failing me. I'm holding up everything from posters to lights and surge protectors. It never takes more than half an inch of this double-sided tape to hold anything up. I have a surge protector mounted underneath my bed with multiple adapters hanging from it, and this tape shows no sign of giving in to gravity. I don't know how easily the tape will come off yet, though I expect it would be pretty difficult given the strength. One special thing to note, this tape is CLEAN. Some tapes get really sticky and mucky, but this tape is smooth and clean all throughout application and reapplication.
