I used this a a replacement vibration isolator for my Kohler 5ESZ marine generator. At some point sea water had gotten into the drip pan and rusted it badly, I destroyed the originals removing the generator from the pan. These mount to the original stud locations on the pan and perform equally as well as the originals. They come exactly as pictured, all the metal pieces other than the threads are covered in neoprene. My 200+ pound load deflected 4 of these slightly, they are stiff and absorb vibration well.
